RAJ IBELIK DOO BELGRADE DRUŠTVO ZA PROIZVODNJU PROMET I USLUGE, since its establishment and today, is organized with its headquarter in Belgrade and a production complex located 90 km away from Belgrade, on the Belgrade-Nis highway, in Velika Plana.

As a member of the RAJ HOLDING group, RAJ IBELIK DOO has stationed its headquarters in the same location as the headquarters of the other members of the group, in Belgrade, Zvezdara municipality, at Milana Rakića Street 48. RAJ HOLDING Group consists of renowned construction companies UDARNIK GRADNJA DOO BELGRADE AND RAJ FERT DOO VELIKA PLANA.

RAJ IBELIK The factory complex is located in Velika Plana in the North industrial zone and covers an area of 11ha. It is equipped with a Factory, i.e. a production hall with an area of 14,000 m2 in which the production and process of prestressing of RC structural elements is carried out, a Factory for the production of concrete, a Laboratory, a Logistics and Transport Center, an Administrative Building, a Reinforcing Plant, a Landfill for storage of finished RC elements, Separation and other supporting facilities. The factory complex is equipped with the most modern plants and equipment, which contributes to the production efficiency and high quality of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements RAJ IBELIK. In 2022, a new modern production facility was built with a production capacity of 300 - 350 m3/day (depending on which elements we produce). Production takes place under controlled conditions and does not depend on external weather conditions and can take place all year round.

RAJ IBELIK specializes in the construction of reinforced concrete structures for high-rise and low-rise buildings, and we offer reinforced concrete construction according to the “TURNKEY” system. The construction of RAJ IBELIK RC prefabricated structures involves the design of construction of the building according to the requirements of the Investor, in the project bureau of the company. Then the designed RC prefabricated structure is produced in the Factory for prefabricated elements in Velika Plana. We transport the finished reinforced concrete elements to the construction site, where we carry out their assembly, after which we hand over the assembled reinforced concrete structure of the building to the investor.

In addition to the production and assembly of prefabricated RC structures, our factory has a special Sector for the production of bridge structures and so far we have implemented a large number of significant infrastructure projects.
