The RAJ IBELIK project team faced a very demanding task within the project of the new EMERGENCY AID building in Belgrade, where it was necessary to redesign the structure of the structure from classical construction to prefabricated prefabricated reinforced concrete (AB) structure. This challenge required complete new static calculations in order to apply a suitable prefabricated prefabricated AB structure to a multi-storey facility.

The total area of the building is 6,000 m². In the project, a hardened slab was used for the prefabricated mezzanine structure, while the prefabricated elements were connected to concrete cores that were carried out “in situ”. In accordance with the new static calculations, the planned continuation of the construction of the object is also defined.

Our project team has once again proven that it is capable of solving even the most complex challenges in the design of AB structures. Through close cooperation with the team for the production of prefabricated AB elements and assembly, we were able to ensure that even the most demanding parts of the project are realized in accordance with high quality standards and stipulated deadlines. This project recommends us as a reliable partner for the realization of complex construction projects with AB structures.
