RAJ IBELIK specializes in the construction of reinforced concrete structures for high-rise and low-rise buildings, and we offer reinforced concrete construction according to the “TURNKEY IN HANDS” system. The construction of RAJ IBELIK AB prefabricated structures involves DESIGNING the structure of the object according to the requirements of the Investor, in the project bureau of the company. Then the designed AB prefabricated structure is PRODUCED at the Factory for prefabricated elements in Velika Plana. We TRANSPORT the finished reinforced concrete elements to the construction site, where we carry out their ASSEMBLY, after which we hand over the assembled reinforced concrete structure of the building to the investor.

In our production portfolio we offer both types of prefabricated prefabricated interfloor structural elements:
- Hollow plates
- TT (PI) plates


HOLLOW PLATES
‍
‍Prestressed “hollow slabs” are prefabricated interfloor structural elements. For the production of “hollow plates” ECHO technology is applied — the plates are cast by Slip Forming Machine. The product has a width of 1200 mm. Reducing the weight of the plate is achieved by internal cavities extending along the entire “hollow plate”. The type of plate and weighting is determined based on the span and load. After the assembly of the “hollow plates” monolitization is done. “Hollow boards” can bridge large spans without supports. The weight of these slabs is significantly less (up to 50%) than classic monolithic slabs — which reduces the dimensions of other structural elements. For the convenience of fitting “hollow slabs” when forming an interfloor structure, the boards can be cut lengthwise. The cutting width is determined by static calculation and are shown in the drawings. Flexibility in the use of boards is also achieved by cutting to any length.


‍TT (Pi) PLATES
‍
‍TT plates are prefabricated prefabricated prefabricated elements that can be classically reinforced and prestressed. They are used for the construction of flat and pitched roofs as well as inter-storey structures. Prestressed TT plates are used for large spans. The maximum length of TT plates is Lmax= 3000 cm.

ROOF RACKS

‍Roof racks are horizontal prestressed structural elements. Except prestressed, they can also be classically reinforced. The cross-sectional dimensions depend on the span and the associated bearing surface.


‍A BEAM
‍
‍“A” beams are the roof main supports with a double slope. These beams are of variable cross-section and prestressed. They are produced in segment molds — by ejecting segments from the middle to the ends, a shorter support of less height is obtained.

There are 2 types of A-beams produced:
- A 150 with a slope of 3% (for the “stacked roof system”), maximum length 34 m
- A180 with a slope of 10% (roof covering with thermopanels), maximum length 25 m
